What to Expect at your Appointment

After the initial evaluation has been completed, Dr. Romero will create a specific treatment plan tailored to you. Treatments may include dry needling, manual therapy, fascial line training and treatment, strengthening, improving mobility, plyometric training, and many more. For specific sports or demands for each person, he is trained in providing return to throw programs, return to sport advice, or return to activity training and plans. Your appointments may be filled more with exercise rehabilitation, especially for those recovering from surgery. For others, the whole session may be manual therapy.

If needed, Dr. Romero may refer you out to other providers including your primary care provider, orthopedic surgeons, or simply refer out for imaging. Whatever it is, you can be assured that you will receive the best advice and treatment specific to your presentation.
